kustannuksellaan, kun tuotteet poistetaan k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4. T\u00e4t\u00e4 kutsutaan tuottajavastuuksi (j\u00e4telaki). Suomessa tuottajavastuun toteutumista valvova viranomainen on Pirkanmaan ELY keskus (PIRELY). Ahvenanmaalla valvonnasta vastaa Maakuntahallitus (\u00c5lands Landskapsregering, \u00c5LR).<\/p>\n<p>Tuottajan on rekister\u00f6idytt\u00e4v\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6- ja elektroniikkalaitteiden tai\/ja kannettavien akkujen ja paristojen tuottajaksi Suomen tuottajarekisteriin. Rekister\u00f6idyt tuottajat ja tuottajien muodostamat tuottajayhteis\u00f6t ovat velvollisia raportoimaan markkinoille lasketut, markkinoilta ker\u00e4tyt ja kierr\u00e4tetyt m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4t PIRELY:lle ja \u00c5LR:lle.<\/p>\n<p>Erillisker\u00e4yksen ja varastoinnin sek\u00e4 logistiikan j\u00e4rjest\u00e4minen kuuluu tuottajan vastuulle. Ker\u00e4yspisteverkosto on oltava kattava ja koko maan laajuinen. Tuottajan tulee my\u00f6s asettaa vakuus, jolla varmistetaan ker\u00e4ys- ja kierr\u00e4tysvelvollisuuden t\u00e4yttyminen.<\/p>\n<p>Tuottajat voivat siirt\u00e4\u00e4 tuottajavastuunsa sopimuksella tuottajayhteis\u00f6lle, joka j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 tuottajavastuun velvollisuuksien hoitamisen kustannustehokkaalla tavalla. Tuottajavastuullinen tuottaja voi olla valmistaja, maahantuoja tai tuotetta omalla nimell\u00e4\u00e4n tai merkill\u00e4\u00e4n myyv\u00e4 myyj\u00e4. Tuottajavastuu koskee l\u00e4hes kaikkia s\u00e4hk\u00f6- ja elektroniikkalaitteita (mm. kodinkoneet, viihde-elektroniikka, aurinkopaneelit, ICT-laitteet, ilma-l\u00e4mp\u00f6pumput, ulkoporealtaat jne), joita k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n kuluttajak\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 tai ammattik\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4.
